Existing users of KeepVault WHS can download free software updates here. Updates may contain small bug fixes, enhancements, or new features. Read below to find out what has changed since the previous version. If prompted, use your existing registration information to install the update. Simply uninstall your existing version of KeepVault and re-install the new version and KeepVault will continue were it left off while maintaining your existing product settings.

Upgrade instructions for KeepVault Windows Home Server

1. Download the KeepVault update from the link above.
2. Uninstall the existing version of KeepVault. Run WHS Console. Select Settings | Add-ins | Installed | KeepVault for Windows Home Server | finally press the Uninstall button.
3. Close the WHS Console and run the KeepVaultWHS.exe update either directly on your WHS or on a PC with WHS Connector installed. This will copy the MSI installer file directly to your WHS Add-in's folder.
4. Run WHS Console. Select Settings | Add-ins | Available | KeepVault for Windows Home Server | finally press the Install button. The WHS Console will automatically close.
5. KeepVault will remember your account information and automatically continue protecting your WHS Shares using the settings you previously selected. No additional steps are required.
